Dispater is an accidental narrow unicase typeface inspired by dark medieval aesthetics and Lombardic capitals. Its long, tail-like terminals and distinctive elongated features in letters like T, F, L, and Г, ending in large teardrop shapes, create a winding, whimsical, and surreal pattern. Dispater is more than just a type system: each individual character stands out beautifully on its own.
It’s a variable font available in 5 weights, from Regular to Extrabold. It supports all European languages, both Latin and Cyrillic. The typeface includes many ligatures in both Latin and Cyrillic.
